​To place an order with us, please follow the steps below:

1. Place order through website/text/email.

2. Attach a Photo of ID and a Selfie Holding the ID.(This only Applies to First Time Customers)

3. Attach Full order, address and Phone number and email address and Send to 613-462-1886 / topshelfott@gmail.com / topshelfottawa.ca

4. Monday-Friday 10:00am-8:00pm. Saturday-Sunday 12:00pm-8:00pm

5. Once order and ID verification is received, one of our team members will reach out and confirm your order.

6. Your order will be delivered within 30 minutes to 2 hours from the time your order has been confirmed and processed.
